Mellow mahogany in colour with classic Bowmore smokiness. Perfectly tempered with cream caramel, chocolate and ripe fruit aromas. The sip is beautifully soft with fruit and chocolate, balanced by a light smokiness. Savour the long and wonderfully balanced finish.

To the eye a burished chestnut colour. On the nose, notes of Freesia, dried geranium and lilies merge with the aromas of citrus fruits, followed by the sweeter notes of acacia honey, apple pie, vanilla pods and cream. The complex palate iniatially starts dry with floral notes, like carnations then developing into sweeter notes of lemon merigue, grilled almonds and light crème caramel fudge with a hint of pepper, nutmeg, oak and light coconut. The finish is long with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.

Deep copper colour with aromas of heather honey, vanilla, cherries, lychees, floral, hint of eucalyptus, oak spices, liquorice and fresh tobacco leaves with a touch of aniseed and mint. On the palate: malty spice, notes of vanilla fudge, golden syrup, butterscotch, thyme, white pepper, woody notes of dry oak, hazelnut, demerara sugar and maple syrup and dates. The finish is sweet and woody with notes of liquorice sticks deliver a spicy mouth feel and a touch of peat smoke.

Initial notes of lemon peel, poached peaches and vanilla giving way to indulgent tones of treacle, salted toffee, antique oak, roasted chestnuts and soft leather. Rich palate with hints of cocoa beans intermingled with sundried raisins, Muscovado sugar, red berries and an elegant layer of peat smoke. Long and sweet finish with lingering oak spices and sea salt.

Burnished gold colour with aromas of ripe papaya, caramelized mango and molasses. On the palate a bounty of tropical fruits with drizzling honey and warm Islay peat smoke.

Vanilla sweetness, cinnamon spice and oak smoke beautifully complement the mouth-watering citrus, honeycomb and coconut flakes, culminating in a peat smoked, bourbon vanilla and lime finish.

Auburn colour. On the nose, fruity cooked plums and prune jam. Corinth raisons and sultana notes with a strong Oloroso influence. Toffee and maple syrup, licorice, grilled orange peel and smoked seaweed. The taste profile reveals chestnus honey, strong bee's wax, fresh leather and cigar tobacco, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate with a hint of oak tannins.

Aromas of sherry-soaked raisins, cocoa, orange marmalade, Christmas spices, cherry blossom, maraschino cherries and liquorice. On the palate warm pear, fruitcake, cocoa, and a sprinkling of sea salt.

This is a Brazen Haze Pack celebrates the brewery's 5th Anniversary and features different Hazy Beer Styles. The Haze Pack includes three limited anniversary releases; Aether New England IPA (flavours of hops and assorted fruits), Raspy The Red Beard Raspberry Wheat Ale (augmented flavours of raspberries and vanilla), Loki's Conspiracy Dry Hopped Philly Sour (hops and a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango characters), and local sports favourite Haze Bomb Juicy Pale Ale (notes of orange juice, peach, grapefruit and coconut).

Aether is a New England IPA with a wild Viking twist. Brewed with the Norwegian Farmhouse style Kveik yeast and silky wheat and oats and piled full of new world juicy hazy hop flavours with subdued bitterness. Cryo Pop, Manitoba Cascade, Zythos and El Dorado hops give this extremely hop forward beer a complex fruit character blending sweet and green flavours ranging from Stone Fruits, Pear, Watermelon, Pineapple, Mango, Grapefruit, Tangerine among others.

Expect this dark saison to have some subtle chocolate and roasted notes, stone fruit and earthy spice.

This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.

Floral notes of citrus, pine and resin. A toasty, lightly caramel malt backbone supports it all to provide wonderful balance and great flavour. Lingering bitterness and an incredible aroma.

Very flavourful pale ale. Double dry hopped; notes of orange juice, peach, grapefruit and coconut.

Brewhouse is a refreshing pilsner-style beer crafted from premium ingredients, including Western Canadian barley-the finest in the world. Cold filtered and naturally aged, it has a light, malty flavour with a crisp finish.

On the palate there is a noticeable delicacy and softness in texture and style. The balance of flavour is superb as the smoke wraps loosely around the sweetness drawn from deep within the oak, Coconut, vanilla custard, lemon honey combines with smoked oysters and sun baked salty sand. The finish is smoky but also the soft sweetness of fudge and malted barley, orange, mango and Banoffee pie hinting of the depth and quality of the oak. The many layers interchange on each sip.

With this edition of Black Art, inspiration was taken from the groundwork done in creating the first editions of this series, where there was a relentless pursuit to layer flavour.

Aged 29 years. Orange barley sugars, ginger nut biscuits and lemon meringue pie are followed by sweet apricot jam and marzipan. The toasted oak brings smooth chocolate and vanilla notes. Beautifully complemented with syrupy fruit, raisins, plum and melon. Over time, iodine and a hint of coconut come through, with a delicate oak spices of warming ginger and cinnamon. A velvet texture, the depth and balance of this single malt glides across the palate.

The oak cradles the soft fruit of distillation with a perfect balance and harmony. The delicate sweetness and luscious texture are like velvet on the palate. The balance of those sweet ripe stoned fruit flavours with the vanilla, caramel and brown sugar notes of the oak is perfect, this vintage of Islay barley is bottled at just the right moment to capture the DNA of our island and the whisky we distil on its shores. Add a touch of water and watch as the natural oils react in the glass releasing wonderful floral notes of hawthorn and heather.

This single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks. Initial aromas of sweet nutty smoke, barley sugar and ripe fruit lead way to syrupy apricot, ripe peat, malty vanilla, crème brulee, honey, tablet, coconut, almonds and charred oak. On the palate, dense smoked granola and honeyed lead to smoked apricot jam, barley four, peat embers, burnt heather, gooseberry citrus and sweet Turkish delight. Oak chips, sugared almonds and chocolate limes come toward the finish.

Bright citrus, smoke and a distinct minerality come through on the palate, followed by charred oak and beach bonfire embers. Toffee and creamy vanilla are balanced with the earthy smoke, with bright notes of pear, gooseberry fool and green apple simultaneously adding brightness and depth. Roasted coffee, hints of clove and nutmeg begin to come to the fore, with a gentle hint of heather honey.

The barley harvest for this 2013 vintage was raised on Islay by seven Islay farming partners. This single malt has matured in ex-American and ex-wine casks hailing from the Pessac-Léognan region of France. The first taste is a wondrous thing; all at once, the salinity, the fruit, the light peat smoke, and the sweet oak show their presence in a whirl of complexity to entice you. The aging from carefully selected oak allows a subtle almond note to combine with coconut, caramel, vanilla, and muscovado sugar. The peat smoke in this whisky is as beautifully balanced as ever, weaving through the components, highlighting them but not dominating. A dram that is gentle on the palate yet has a tremendous depth of flavour.

Made from 100% Scottish barley, triple distilled, and then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak; it is a testament to the quality our ingredients. Smooth as pebbles in a pool. It’s clean, fresh and lively with both the oak and the grain in perfect harmony.

This Islay whisky shows initial aromas of sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge, chocolate and marzipan, on the palate the oak and malt notes overlap each other with toasted rye bread, buttery popcorn, fresh oak, vanilla fudge and smooth caramel. The organic barley seems to give more fruit from the distillation and more viscous texture which is a joy to the olfactory senses.
