The Cabernet Franc grapes were grown in the Curico Valley. A fairly deeply coloured, purple wine. A nose dense and rich with sweet fruit, with some notes of blackcurrant leaf and other greenery, very much suggesting Cabernet Franc. Unsurprisingly sweet, black fruit gum flavour on the palate, with a green, tobacco edge. Soft tannins, soft acidity and some glycerol. A sweet and spicy finish.

The Carmenere grapes have been grown in the Peumos soils of the Cachapoal Valley. Exuberant deep dark red violet. Intense and complex aromas, some ripe dark berries, blackcurrant, plums, black pepper with hints of sweet spices. Soft tannins with a firm structure. Elegant subtle spices from the maturation in oak barrels are present.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. For the second fermentation, the bottles are stored in underground cellars at a constant 15º-17ºC where they are in contact with their lees. This cava spends a minimum of 15 months in the bottle.

The wine shows ripe black berries flavours, Morello cherry, plum, and clove, with light tones of cedar on a layer of spices. Creamy and dark chocolate notes. Smooth and elegant tannins. Very well-balanced. Plenty of flavours. Velvety notes and a long and fruity finish.

Our Origen Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit mingled with herbs and lime. On the palate are concentrated with a salty- mineral character followed by citrus flavours that is balanced with a long, crisp mineral finish.

The grapes for our Eyzaguirre wines were grown at our vineyard called San Jorge, which is located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. Deep burgundy in colour with aromatics of red apples and raspberries. On the palate, bright fresh cherries with toasty elements and just a hint of pepper.

A bright copper gold coloured whisky. At first swirl of the glass look for top notes of vanilla, clove, toffee, and coconut, then additional notes of smoky charred oak, caramel, rye spice, and brown sugar emerge. The mouthfeel is smooth, complex, bold, and balanced, along with full-flavoured notes of smoky oak, vanilla, maple, coconut, caramel, and orchard fruit. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, a hint of sweetness, and flavours of maple and toasted oak.

On the nose, notes of anise, lime, hints of grain, vanilla and pine. The taste profile reveals a creamy viscosity throughout with hints of lime along with lingering cereal notes. The finish is clean and fresh.

A deep amber bronze coloured whisky. At first swirl of the glass, look for top notes of toffee, spice and grain with a touch of maple sap and sweet smoke. After adding a touch of water, added notes of orange peel, ginger, almond, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and tree fruit develop. The mouth-feel is smooth, rich and full, with deep notes of baked cherry, raisin, dried spice, nut and licorice root. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, and flavours of spicy clove, nut and grain.

This Pinot Grigio and Riesling blend shows flavours of juicy citrus, peach and pear.

This easy-drinking Cabernet / Merlot has shades of dark ripe fruit, tobacco and leather. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a touch of tannin. This wine is equally delicious accompanying a formal dinner as it is while sitting in the stands, cheering on the team. Serve slightly below room temperature - 15 to 18°C. Great by itself and with dishes like pasta, pork, pizza or excellent with Herbed Barbequed Chicken or Braised Beef.

This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling combines the best of two noble varieties. The perfumed nose shows pineapple, mango, peach and nectarine with a slight herbal aroma. Well-ripened fleshy tropical and stone fruit add to a perception of sweetness and carry through on a palate mixed with a hint of cool herbal flavour. The lush textured mouth feel and crisp acidity leads to a refreshing clean finish with great length. Enjoy by itself or match with patio fare such as chicken or salad.
