With a deep and beautiful violet colour, this wine represents a great combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The nose presents fresh plum and dark chocolate notes, both very well integrated with spice aromas. Riesling Spätlese from the VDP classified side Pettenthal in Nierstein, Rheinhessen. Steep hill, red slate soil condition located close to the river Rhine. Natural sweetness, light golden colour, nose of peaches, mango and honey; mild acidity; flavours of black orange.

The grapes are grown in poor, gravel soils at the foothills of the Andes Mountains and produce a wine that reflects the true expression of Maipo Valley. The nose is predominated by red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. There are also some spicy notes from barrel aging that adds complexity to the wine. The grapes that make up this wine come from the foot of the Andes Mountains in Miraflores vineyards within the Colchagua Valley. Brilliant violet colour leads to a floral nuance and red fruits. On the palate, notes of black pepper and cellar in balance with gripping tannins.

Barrel Reserve 60/40 is one of the first Chilean blends made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A deep ruby red color and intense aromas of red fruits such as dried plums and blackberries, accompanied by soft notes of toast, vanilla and black pepper.

120 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and intense violet-red colour. Notes of red and black fruits predominate on the nose with the touch of spice that is typical in Cabernet, plus the aromas of vanilla, cloves, and tobacco that come from the oak.

120 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citric fruit such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel complemented by white peach notes and distinctive variety herbs increasing complexity and lifting fruity sensations, a very interesting aftertaste amid smooth fruit and fresh acidity with a lingering and persistent finish.

Sena was created as a joint-venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi back in 1995, with the dream of making a wine that would show Chile’s full potential. The blend is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. Aging has occurred in 85% New French oak barrels and the balance in Foudres. Deep red colour leads to a nose that reveals floral notes alongside red and black fruits. There are many layers to this wine in the taste profile, consisting of cedar wood, tobacco and bitter chocolate.

Starling Castle Riesling is grown in slate and limestone to stress the vines and produce this stellar wine. Lush, fruity and light make it a versatile food wine. With a bright golden hue, the nose is fresh with a touch of citrus and pear and semi-sweet fruit flavours on the mid-palate before a crisp, elegant finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were grown in the Maule and Colchagua Valley. It offers an intense and deep colour and nice aromas such a red fruit, pepper and tobacco. It has smooth tannins, very freshness and fruity, which gives the wine a good balance.

This Sauvignon Blanc offers a pale yellow colour with greenish tones. It has attractive fruity aromas with a touch of peach notes. It’s a fresh wine, with a balanced natural acidity, medium structure and permanence in mouth. Ideal as an aperitif in summer time or with seafood and fish. Serve at 7°C – 8°C.

A brilliant ruby red, this wine has pronounced red and black fruit aromas, with smoky, spicy, herbal notes adding complexity. The aromas carry through on the full-bodied palate, with silky fine tannins adding superb structure and balance.

The Cabernet Franc grapes were grown in the Curico Valley. A fairly deeply coloured, purple wine. A nose dense and rich with sweet fruit, with some notes of blackcurrant leaf and other greenery, very much suggesting Cabernet Franc. Unsurprisingly sweet, black fruit gum flavour on the palate, with a green, tobacco edge. Soft tannins, soft acidity and some glycerol. A sweet and spicy finish.

The Carmenere grapes have been grown in the Peumos soils of the Cachapoal Valley. Exuberant deep dark red violet. Intense and complex aromas, some ripe dark berries, blackcurrant, plums, black pepper with hints of sweet spices. Soft tannins with a firm structure. Elegant subtle spices from the maturation in oak barrels are present.

It is a very pretty wine, with bright, stony fruit in the aroma, medium body and a firm juiciness on the palate. Refreshing, off-dry style is well suited for fresh, farm-to-table cooking.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Carmenere and Petit Verdot grapes, all grown in the Maipo Valley. Deep ruby-red colour. This Cabernet shows black cherry, cassis and spicy notes that give freshness to the wine. Soft graphite aromas, vanilla and hazelnuts due to the ageing in oak barrels. Good volume and well-structured soft tannins. Good balance. An elegant wine with a lingering finish.

Carmenere with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, all grown in the Maipo Valley. Deep ruby-red colour. The wine shows ripe black berries flavours, Morello cherry, plum, and clove, with light tones of cedar on a layer of spices. Creamy and dark chocolate notes. Smooth and elegant tannins. Very well-balanced. Plenty of flavours. Velvety notes and a long and fruity finish.

Our Origen Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit mingled with herbs and lime. On the palate are concentrated with a salty- mineral character followed by citrus flavours that is balanced with a long, crisp mineral finish.

The grapes for our Eyzaguirre wines were grown at our vineyard called San Jorge, which is located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. Deep burgundy in colour with aromatics of red apples and raspberries. On the palate, bright fresh cherries with toasty elements and just a hint of pepper.
