Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

A blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. Granata red color. Appearing at first aromas of cassis, blueberries and raspberry accompanied by herbal and spicy notes such as rosemary, tarragon and black pepper and at the end soft mineral touches appear. On the palate it highlights its biting and vibrant acidity, which together with a juicy and fresh structure make this wine a great blend, promising a long storage in the bottle.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

Canard-Duchêne created the exceptional CharlesVII in tribute to the Champagne region’s royal past. This 100% Chardonnay grape champagne is a pale golden colour with aromas of white fruits, pears and a hint of lychee. Creamy and silky mouth feel.

Distilled from wine made from neutral Pisco grapes. It is double distilled, triple filtered, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Slightly sweet with a bit grassiness.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. The concentration, class, and balance between power and freshness are the hallmarks of both 2000 and 2009. However, 2009 has greater concentration, as well as another dimension and even stronger sensations. 2009 Château La Mission Haut-Brion is already mythical.

Coming from clay, soils, the Chateau La Ribaud is a solid, attractive 2018 that has medium- bodied notes of cassis, currants, tobacco, and earth. Medium bodied with moderate tannins, and a charming, nicely balanced style.
