Sherry cask aging aids the development of complex aromas of vanilla and flavours of balanced fruit, oak and spice. The finish is long with fruit, oak and spice notes.

Colour: Rich Straw Aroma: Complex, with hints of vanilla, melon and lemon zest. Palate: Medium balanced with lemon citrus, vanilla and light toasted oak and nutmeg. Finish: Lingering with melon, papaya, fresh oak and oak spice.

The 1991 is part of the Macallan Fine & Rare collection which features some of the greatest vintage single malts ever released. The 1991 showcases a glossy cinnamon colour, with classic aromas of apple, dried fruit and vanilla on the nose, followed by ginger, nutmeg and almonds, with sweet spice and raisin on the palate. The finish holds lingering notes of fruit, soft oak and refined velvet sweetness.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.

This expression unveils the mastery of wood and spirit. It has spend 30 years in specially selected European and American oak sherry seasoned casks.

Amber, honey colour. On the nose, dried fruit, ginger, toffee, rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg. On the palate, rich raison with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Aromas of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. Rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea on the palate. Long finish.

Spices lead loud and full, tempered by raisin, timeless, polished, rich and resonating oak takes control, as vanilla and chocolate complement each other in the background, ending with light citrus zest and a full and warming finish.

Nose: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits. Taste: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself - rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

THE SINGLETON of Dufftown is a satisfyingly refined, beautifully balanced single malt that is naturally rich and smooth. It offers sweetness, crunchy nuts and smooth fruity richness. Smoothness allows full enjoyment of the flavour of the whisky, because no single part of its characters overwhelmed.

Golden in colour, lavish honeyed, aromas of buttery Burgundian Chardonnay, juicy golden apples and pears. On the palate rich sweet hints of ripe rich yellow fruit and smooth toffee center stage. Velvet-smooth and silky.

The expression of this blended malt is built around whisky drawn from sherry and Spanish red wine casks. 48% of the whisky was aged in ex-sherry casks, while a further 25% was aged in ex-Spanish red wine casks. Notes of citrus peel, red wine and spices. A long finish, with hints of vanilla panna cotta, berries and cherries.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

Clear, pale straw golden. Pita bread maltiness with white fruit, hints of subtle peatiness and floral honeysuckle. Toasted bread maltiness, succulent pear and crisp apple fruit with just enough charcoal and peaty smokiness and dry nutty wood. More dry nutty notes emerge with subtle lingering peat smoke. Wonderfully rounded and flavoursome.

Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Portuguese Port pipes. Aromas of honeydew melon, red berries and baked apples. Rich toffee, butterscotch. Sweet honey and bitter dark chocolate. On the palate fruits and nuts. Fresh peaches, apricots, mango and plum. Gentle hints of mixed walnut and pecan. The finish is smooth fruit salad which lingers on the palate.

Very flavourful with light smoke and a touch of strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Additional notes of exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits are found in the taste profile.

A welcome introduction of sweet pine complemented by whimsical floral notes of chamomile, sage and soft citrus, rounded out with jammy sloe berries and a hint of winter spice.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

The Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Cask Finish Highland Single Malt has hints of red summer fruit, chocolate and a sweet spice on the finish from the Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet barriques.

Waterproof is a Sherry-influenced malt whisky from a handful of top distilleries, it is a balanced and “sherry-influenced” dram. This complex whisky has fruit characteristics.

A quality handcrafted gin that’s infused with Sicilian blood oranges as well as 8 additional botanicals. Bursting with aromas and flavours of citrus, Sicilian blood oranges and juniper.

The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.

The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.

A wonderful blend of Single Pot and Single Malt whiskey with aromas of apple and hints of vanilla. Gently spiced with ginger and orchard fruit flavours followed by a long and elegant finish that highlights notes of dark chocolate.

Succulent aromas of pear, vanilla and honeysuckle and oranges. An extravaganza of flavours, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of crème brûlée drizzled with chocolate fudge. The finish is long, wonderfully chewy and sweet.

Sweetness throughout, with a mix of red grapy and dry barley upon exit.
