Mezcal BRIJ3 was born through an effort to embrace the customs and traditions of Oaxaca, and the artisans of San Martín Tilcajete, known as "the place where the Alebrijes are born."Each bottle is hand painted by the regional artists of San Martín Tilcajete, with their own designs and colours, making each bottle unique to itself. Aromas of freshly cut grass, chlorophyll, citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, as well as smoked and toasted notes. On the palate it is youthful and strong with balanced acidity, offering a long finish with a pleasant balance of smoke and a fresh lingering herbaceous quality.

Aging in both bourbon and sherry casks is responsible for the complex flavour profile. Aromas include: chocolate, delicate spice and dried fruits. The palate is balanced and sold with hints of caramel and wood.

The inimitable Campari recipe, used as the basis of many cocktails served worldwide, has been kept the same since its inception and remained a closely guarded secret passed down over the years. Campari is the result of the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol water; these last two being the recipes only known ingredients.

The Negroni is made with Campari, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth and London Dry Gin. To the eye, antique red with amber-orange tint. Aromatics of juniper berry and spiced herbal lead to flavours of juniper citrus, herbs, spice, wormwood and bitter root.

The grapes are vinified traditionally, with a delicate maceration on the skins. The wine then matures for eight months in French oak barrels, followed by a further three months’ bottle ageing. A ruby-red wine with pale purplish highlights. The bouquet is full and intense, with scents of cherries and emerging spicy hints. The flavour is fresh and fruity, full-flavoured and appealing, with a persistent finish.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Dark crimson-red colour; full bouquet of ripe red fruits and cherry conserve, with notes of pepper and vanilla and hints of Mediterranean scrub; robust, concentrated, soft but very firm flavour with an elegant, lingering aftertaste of small black fruits conserve and licorice.

The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow colour. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Brilliant in color, this lively Cenote Blanco tequila is packed with bright citrus and pepper on the nose. Continuous flavor of rich, cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables, are a result of mellowing the spirt in American Oak barrels for three weeks.

Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in red wine oak barrels for a short period of time to absorb the colour of the wine casks. Floral notes evolve into unique aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey. The 100% Weber Blue Agave piñas are rested (aged) eight months in American oak barrels. This creates an intense amber coloured tequila with silky, rich body.
