The barley harvest for this 2013 vintage was raised on Islay by seven Islay farming partners. This single malt has matured in ex-American and ex-wine casks hailing from the Pessac-Léognan region of France. The first taste is a wondrous thing; all at once, the salinity, the fruit, the light peat smoke, and the sweet oak show their presence in a whirl of complexity to entice you. The aging from carefully selected oak allows a subtle almond note to combine with coconut, caramel, vanilla, and muscovado sugar. The peat smoke in this whisky is as beautifully balanced as ever, weaving through the components, highlighting them but not dominating. A dram that is gentle on the palate yet has a tremendous depth of flavour.

Made from 100% Scottish barley, triple distilled, and then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak; it is a testament to the quality our ingredients. Smooth as pebbles in a pool. It’s clean, fresh and lively with both the oak and the grain in perfect harmony.

This Islay whisky shows initial aromas of sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge, chocolate and marzipan, on the palate the oak and malt notes overlap each other with toasted rye bread, buttery popcorn, fresh oak, vanilla fudge and smooth caramel. The organic barley seems to give more fruit from the distillation and more viscous texture which is a joy to the olfactory senses.

A unique and unmistakable recipe has characterized Campari, the aperitif par excellence for over 150 years. The inimitable Campari recipe, used as the basis of many cocktails served worldwide, has been kept the same since its inception and remained a closely guarded secret passed down over the years. Campari is the result of the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol water; these last two being the recipes only known ingredients.

The Negroni is made with Campari, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth and London Dry Gin. To the eye, antique red with amber-orange tint. Aromatics of juniper berry and spiced herbal lead to flavours of juniper citrus, herbs, spice, wormwood and bitter root.

A great wine suitable for long aging. Expect a garnet colour with orange hues that become more intense over time. Intense scent of red fruit and violets. The taste is full, wide and velvety with a finish of spices and a hint of vanilla. To be uncorked and decanted at least one hour before tasting.

Intense ruby red colour with violet nuances. Intense, characteristic bouquet of the primary grape aromas; fruity component, full-bodied and robust, well-balanced with tannin and oak integrated. Mocha and tar accents enrich dark plum, black licorice and olive paste notes. Elegant, structured, fine tannins, juicy acidity.

Medium gold colour; smoky, peaty aromas with hints of vanilla and marmalade; smoke and tar flavours with underlying notes of herbs and orange.

This dry ruby coloured wine features medium woody, floral, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as firm tannins.

This oak aged wine is red ruby color with orange reflections. In the nose, intense and complex aromas of spices, licorice, cherry and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors are persistent and rich, with elegant tannins. A wine that has a good structure and a long length. According to the vintages, the Farnito can be kept at least 10 years.

A deep gold colour with the delicate, light and balanced nose of a very old grain, then a rich texture, voluptuous mouthfeel and a big, soft, sweet, then gently spicy taste. Long finish.

The grapes are vinified traditionally, with a delicate maceration on the skins. The wine then matures for eight months in French oak barrels, followed by a further three months’ bottle ageing. A ruby-red wine with pale purplish highlights. The bouquet is full and intense, with scents of cherries and emerging spicy hints. The flavour is fresh and fruity, full-flavoured and appealing, with a persistent finish.

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense and very inviting nose with delicate scents a little sweet, well balanced refined fruitiness. Excellent at the end of a meal with dessert or fruit. Great with fruit salad.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Dark crimson-red colour; full bouquet of ripe red fruits and cherry conserve, with notes of pepper and vanilla and hints of Mediterranean scrub; robust, concentrated, soft but very firm flavour with an elegant, lingering aftertaste of small black fruits conserve and licorice.

This is a mature version of our renowned blend, all of the components have been aged in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years. Aromas of sweet fruit and cereal are accentuated by zesty lemon peel. The taste is complex, bursting with fruity and oaky flavours, while finishing with delicate spicy notes.

Golden honey colour with aromas of fresh citrus and a top note of honey. Flavoursome, well-rounded and full of character with a deliciously sweet and velvety finish.

Aromas and flavours of vanilla crème, dates, macerated cherries, tobacco, and menthol with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and a captivating, medium-long finish with accents of leather with moderate oak flavour. A spot-on Chianti with beautiful fruit and spice with a lovely hint of mint.

The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow colour. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavours are evident on the palate delivering complex flavours of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The mouth feel is lively and full in structure created by the excellent harmony of fruit and acid. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

Cinzano Prosecco DOC draws a dry and crisp taste from the Glera grape variety. Exclusively from ex-bourbon American Oak, this expression sings with rich caramel and warming vanilla spice, A HINT OF SALTINESS. Mellow aromas on the nose begin a mineral and maritime theme, then become sweeter and rounder, their golden melody anchored by an earthy bass note. Smooth and sure, the vanilla-sweet, rich and powerful taste is soon shaped by a hint of saltiness and a soaring peppery solo that reaches its smooth crescendo in the long, spicy finish.

Aromas of sea spray, iodine, cattail reeds and autumn leaves accented by a touch of butterscotch. Smoky and warm in the mouth with echoes of sea spray. A splash of water unleashes waves of butterscotch and sponge toffee character. Long, layered finish.

The color is an intense deep ruby red. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit, wild cherry and dried plums. On the palate is complex, balanced and full-bodied. A touch of sweetness from ripe tannins. Clear notes of ripe fruits and a generous body, combined with a long taste.

Following a secret recipe, the steeped ginger is combined with quality ingredients and matured for 8 weeks to release a distinctive flavour. Serve chilled with ice and lemon.

Nose: Aromatic, floral. Heather, fruit salad, creamy texture. Smoked almonds, stemmy hay. Palate: Rich, honey, stone fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds. Berries. Finish: Smoky, good length, delicate peppery spice.

Medium gold in colour with aromas of dried apricots, butterscotch, lemon peel and smoke. On the palate, it is smooth with a warmth that builds and possesses a hint of tannin, showing flavours of vanilla, dried fruit, browned butter and smoke that is integrated throughout.

Glera grapes are grown organically for this sparkling Prosecco. Light yellow in colour with aromas of flowers, citrus, apple and pear. Crisp and fruity with some floral, citrus and minerality on the palate.

Matured for an initial 9 years in American White Oak ex-Bourbon casks. During the final 3 years the whiskey is transferred to 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts.

Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aroma with hints of mango.
