A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered.

This whisky is distilled from premium rice and is aged in white oak virgin casks. Aromas of sweet butter, caramel and spice lead way to flavours of sweet butter, toasted wood, licorice, clove and cinnamon with a long finish.

Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

With ripe fruit like blackberry and currant, with wood present but well integrated, elegant and with lots of character. The palate is full bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High-profile, long and very tasty.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

This liqueur is produced using 13 aromatic plants, seeds and spices that have been manually selected. Double distillated in copper stills. Yellow amber in colour with delicate aromas of fennel, rosemary, orange, cinnamon, cardamon as well as an additional array of spices. On the palate mint, herbal notes and spices (notably cinnamon).
