Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Elegant, white and lively foam, with very fine and thin perlage. Floral nose with hints of acacia, wisteria flowers and wisps of spice. On the palate it's crisp with a fine fruity finish.

On the nose, this wine features attractive aromas of blackberry preserve, black pepper, licorice, vanilla and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a lasting finish.

Sweet cherry and blackberry aromas are followed by a mild mouthfeel. There is initial plushness here but the wine’s texture is compact and streamlined overall.

Intense ruby red in colour, on the nose has dried spices perfumes, with accents of leather and cherry flavours. The taste is fairly intense, spicy with sweet cherry flavours. Well balanced and pleasantly tannic.

Rich and spicy, with hints of black pepper and hints of raisins. Full, very intense, spicy notes of ripe cherry. White and red meats and cheeses. Serving temperature 17° - 18° C.

Sweet floral aromatics emerge from the Gattinara. This deceptively medium-bodied wine shows good depth in its red fruit, but at times comes across as a touch fragile and fleeting. Nevertheless, it is an attractive, representative Gattinara well-suited for drinking over the next few years. Anticipated maturity 2012-2018.

This Chianti Classico has a clear, dark, ruby colour; full complex bouquet with strong notes of red fruits, irises, and hints of vanilla. Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva is a blend of Sangiovese together with other complementary varieties produced as a tribute to Antinori's historic label that has accompanied the family's winemaking traditions over the years. Silky and aromatic, dark red cherry, spice, menthol and leather build into the gracious, persistent finish.
