DON JULIO Blanco is commonly referred to as "silver" tequila, its crisp agave flavour and hints of citrus make it an essential component to a variety of innovative drinks including margaritas. It can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Dubonnet Rouge is ruby in colour and it has an elegant bouquet of mint, toffee, candied cherries and blackcurrants. The wine, which so gracefully combines these flavours, is both bold and slightly oaky, thus creating a balance with a certain aromatic insistence.

Complex and consistent. Providing a perfect balance between finesse and power, it draws out flavours of dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted yellow figs, expressing its subtle, melt-in-the-mouth vinosity.

Made from 100% agave, our proprietary production process and aging in white oak barrels for two months is what gives el Jimador Reposado its golden colour and balanced flavour of cooked agave and hints of vanilla and caramel. A hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

This 100% Blue Agave Blanco Tequila is light to medium bodied. On the palate bright agave flavour, notes of pepper, vanilla bean, grilled pineapple and spice.

This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

Brouilly, the most southerly of the Beaujolais "Crus". This ruby - coloured wine has a very fresh and fruity smell with hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. A pleasant and joyous wine that can be drunk young though it ages well.

This Chardonnay has notes of nectarine, acacia, coconut and hazelnut shine through. It is rounded and full on the palate with beautiful exotic notes and a lingering mineral finish.

This blend is comprised of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes. Bouquet of ripe fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries), crystallized fruit and spices. On the palate this is a big wine with plenty of very ripe rounded tannins.

A deep red colour with flashes of violet. The nose reveals complex aromas of small red and black fruit. On the palate, this blend blossoms into complex aromas of ripe red fruit, backed by notes of liquorice, gingerbread, and scrubland.

Gran Coramino uses the finest blue agaves in the heart of the Tequila Valley. The agave is cooked at peak maturity in traditional brick ovens before careful distillation in copper pot stills. GRAND MARNIER Cuve Louis-Alexandre is a distinct blend of fine aged Cognacs (82% of the alcohol) combined with highly aromatic Citrus Bigaradia orange liqueur (18% of the alcohol). This special Cuve is a superb expression that offers bold yet intense Cognac tasting notes resulting in a long finish enhanced by the complex flavour of candied oranges.

Its intense and deep amber colour is a sign of its strength. Its flavours of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.

This Pinot Noir is bright, deep crimson in color. Mercurey has a well-rounded nose and develops aromas of jammy red berries and humus. On the palate starts quite soft and then turns into a powerful and well-structured wine with good length and beautiful tannins.

Woody muted red fruit nose. There is good stuffing and precision here with attractive cherry fruit, light tannins and good acidity.

Rich like a black-currant cobbler, our Merlot contains a savoury array of ripe plum and blackberry aromas mixed with hints of mint and licorice, giving way to a soft, dark finish fit for a king.

As elegant as a bouquet of violets and bursting with cherry flavours, our Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with soft tannins, to create a smooth, rich texture.

The Reposado is a medium straw colour. Medium to full bodied palate with deeply roasted agave and grilled fruit and pepper notes followed by a wave of peppery oak and spice.

This Chardonnay is pale in appearance with strong green tints. Clear and fresh on the nose, it offers up notes of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Subtle and fresh on entry to the palate with lemony notes coming through on the mid-palate.

An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

Jose Cuervo Gold is a Joven tequila made from a blend of reposado (aged) and younger tequilas. Medium gold colour with aromas of freshly ground pepper, spice and orange. Flavours of black pepper and caramel, notes of toffee and vanilla on the finish. The perfect tequila for margaritas!
