New Grist is a one-of-a-kind beer brewed without wheat or barley and can be enjoyed by those with Celiac disease. New Grist is brewed from sorghum, rice, hops, water and yeast. These ingredients are carefully combined to form a crisp, refreshing "session ale". It pours a brilliant gold colour, with a bubbly head and light, fruity aroma. The flavour is crisp and refreshing, fruity and smooth at the same time. Hints of green apple slice through the maltiness of the sorghum, making this an extremely quaffable beer.

For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. Ryelaw is a first-release rye-based whisky from InchDairnie Distillery in Scotland, it is made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. Golden colour with aromas of spicy rye, mellow oak and vanilla. On the palate cascading pepper from the rye a bit of an oily viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried fruit notes.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.
