Aromas of a sea breeze, backed by citrus and enhanced by hints of tropical fruit and a dry spiciness. On the palate, an oil-smooth texture is accompanied by a joyously sweet, richly fruity and lightly salty taste that dances across the tongue, finishing with spice.

Aged in a combination of bourbon and Spanish oak casks. Rich amber in colour with aromas of cinnamon, spice, oak and wisps of charcoal. Dark chocolate, green apple, vanilla and rye bread notes are found on the palate.

For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic.

Ryelaw is a first-release rye-based whisky from InchDairnie Distillery in Scotland, it is made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. Golden colour with aromas of spicy rye, mellow oak and vanilla. On the palate cascading pepper from the rye a bit of an oily viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried fruit notes.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

Amid a deep golden glow, salty, smoky hints of a beach bonfire give the nose a mild maritime feel. First fill ex - bourbon casks gift layers of luminous flavours. The texture is smooth. The taste is slightly sweet, smoky - spicy, salty and fruity. Peaty power appears in thr chili - spiced catch of the long finish.

Unctuous and sweet, suggesting a fondant cream with a spicy edge. An initial burst of citrus is swept away by candied sweetness and spiced porridge roll in. Notes of sharper oak then fade to reveal hints of wine gums. Lengthy and warming finish with spicy oak-wood, a pinch of white pepper, lingering candied sweetness.

Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavor, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics. This exquisite balance forms a clean, timeless blend of 3yr, 5yr & 6yr whisky.

Notes of orange oil, vanilla pods, pear and almond on the nose. Flavourful, with hints of ginger, rose water, pear and vanilla. The finish has a sweet - spicy character with a slight touch of pepper.

The 1991 is part of the Macallan Fine & Rare collection which features some of the greatest vintage single malts ever released. The 1991 showcases a glossy cinnamon colour, with classic aromas of apple, dried fruit and vanilla on the nose, followed by ginger, nutmeg and almonds, with sweet spice and raisin on the palate. The finish holds lingering notes of fruit, soft oak and refined velvet sweetness.

This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.

This expression unveils the mastery of wood and spirit. It has spend 30 years in specially selected European and American oak sherry seasoned casks.

Amber, honey colour. On the nose, dried fruit, ginger, toffee, rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg. On the palate, rich raison with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Aromas of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. Rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea on the palate. Long finish.

Spices lead loud and full, tempered by raisin, timeless, polished, rich and resonating oak takes control, as vanilla and chocolate complement each other in the background, ending with light citrus zest and a full and warming finish.

Golden in colour, lavish honeyed, aromas of buttery Burgundian Chardonnay, juicy golden apples and pears. On the palate rich sweet hints of ripe rich yellow fruit and smooth toffee center stage. Velvet-smooth and silky.

Very flavourful with light smoke and a touch of strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Additional notes of exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits are found in the taste profile.
