Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay truly captures the character of Marlborough with pure, incisive, ripe fruit flavours. A combination of barrel and tank fermentation and the stirring of lees on oak, achieves maximum softness and integration. To retain all the natural assertiveness and flavour, no malolactic fermentation takes place. Clonal influences in the vineyard have been very important, providing smaller berries and enhanced flavour intensity. The result of all of this is a delicious Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay with concentrated aromas and flavours of ripe citrus and stonefruit, balanced with subtle oak, and a creamy texture to finish.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. Unctuous and sweet, suggesting a fondant cream with a spicy edge. An initial burst of citrus is swept away by candied sweetness and spiced porridge roll in. Notes of sharper oak then fade to reveal hints of wine gums. Lengthy and warming finish with spicy oak-wood, a pinch of white pepper, lingering candied sweetness.

A little spiced rum opens up the nose with gorgeous hints of date and walnut cake, a little honeyed oiliness, a dusting of cocoa and lush crystallized ginger. The mouth feel is delicately vinous, in true Balvenie style, the palate holds winter spice and salty butter pastry with a sweet vanilla and melted cookie dough ice-cream. The finish is tight and swift, the bourbon oak notes fading out with added toasty vanilla.

For The Botanist, small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics - orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc. - and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Herbidean island of Islay.

The palate has soft gooseberry notes against a wonderfully vibrant intensity leading into a ripe and nicely textured mild palate. Lime zest flavours spring from the mouth watering acidity and signature minerality of the palate and very persistent finish.

The 1991 is part of the Macallan Fine & Rare collection which features some of the greatest vintage single malts ever released. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.

This expression unveils the mastery of wood and spirit. It has spend 30 years in specially selected European and American oak sherry seasoned casks.

Amber, honey colour. On the nose, dried fruit, ginger, toffee, rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg. On the palate, rich raison with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Aromas of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. Rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea on the palate. Long finish.

Spices lead loud and full, tempered by raisin, timeless, polished, rich and resonating oak takes control, as vanilla and chocolate complement each other in the background, ending with light citrus zest and a full and warming finish.

THE SINGLETON of Dufftown is a satisfyingly refined, beautifully balanced single malt that is naturally rich and smooth. It offers sweetness, crunchy nuts and smooth fruity richness. Smoothness allows full enjoyment of the flavour of the whisky, because no single part of its characters overwhelmed.

Golden in colour, lavish honeyed, aromas of buttery Burgundian Chardonnay, juicy golden apples and pears. On the palate rich sweet hints of ripe rich yellow fruit and smooth toffee center stage. Velvet-smooth and silky.

The expression of this blended malt is built around whisky drawn from sherry and Spanish red wine casks. 48% of the whisky was aged in ex-sherry casks, while a further 25% was aged in ex-Spanish red wine casks. Notes of citrus peel, red wine and spices. A long finish, with hints of vanilla panna cotta, berries and cherries.
