We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. Experience an intense and vanilla sweet aroma, floral with hints of banana, followed by a soft, lively taste with lime, ginger and spice and a complex and exceptionally long ending.

Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. The taste is balanced between honey, malt and flowery scents. Dates and figs emerge in the background with a hint of wood smoke. The finish is long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.

The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Grants Triple Wood 12 YO is matured in three types of casks. Vibrant with aromas of fruit (blackcurrant and peaches) balanced with a sweet, vanilla maltiness. The taste is sweet and rich with a lovely mix of vanilla, honey and spice; the finish is long, soothing and warm and a vanilla maltiness rounds out the finish.

Sloe gin is created by carefully steeping sloe berries over several months in dry gin, it is then blended with natural sugars.
