The Glera grapes were selected with great care from small vineyards throughout the Prosecco DOC region. The flavour is fresh and clean, with ripe citrus, lemon, green apple, and touches of grapefruit, minerality, and some toast. The finish is light, refreshing, and crisp.

A blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, it sparkles with classic notes of fresh - picked citrus, honeysuckle, peach and pear along with hints of ripe red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Lively and refreshingly zesty.

Amber colour. Aroma: almonds and vanilla. Taste: sweet and well rounded.

Luxardo Espresso Liqueur is a traditional Italian liqueur obtained from a thirty days infusion of a selected variety of fine coffees (Brazil, Columbia, Kenya), with the Arabica type predominating. Enjoy Luxardo Espresso Liqueur either straight up and chilled, or on the rocks.

Intensely yellow. The pungent fragrance of newly gathered lemons. Well-rounded and harmonious, a pleasant sensation of aromatic freshness on the palate.

Clear colour. Typical of sambuca, has a very intense aroma. Sharp but well balanced, very rounded, with the anise taste persisting in the mouth.

A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari Luxardo. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise, combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate of lightly spicy hints of cardamom and coriander and an aftertaste dominated by licorice aromas. It is neither an ordinary licorice digestivo nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

Luxardo Triplum is obtained from the distillation of the three types of citrus fruit and a selection of dried flowers. All this gives to the distillate a unique refined aroma. The distillate is filtered, diluted and sugared.

Slivovitz (plum brandy) is produced from fully matured fruit grown in the plum region of Bohemia. This triple distilled product, made from our own recipe, ranks among the premium quality alcoholic beverages, worldwide.

The nose is remarkably rich, showing aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried plum. In the mouth, a clean vibrant acidity, silky, well integrated tannins which contribute to an impressive elegance.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

Bright, ruby - red colour. The guiding aroma is quite fruity with a distinctive sour cherry fragrance. Red and black berries are accompanied by floral notes and a delicate spice.

This famous sparkling wine is created from Moscato Bianco grape. Lightly aromatised with scents of fresh grape, melon, peach and brioche. Sweet, smooth and elegant in the mouth with a harmonious finish.

Martini Extra Dry is more highly perfumed and has a more lively personality than Bianco. Aromatization is more assertive in Rosso and the discernable presence of soaked herbs and the perfume clearly influence its taste. Clear and colourless, very forward aromatic nose; ginger, soft flavour, nice touch of bitterness in the finish.

Incredible herbal complexity from wormwood and clove, with some honey, freshly cracked black pepper and ripe peaches. Zesty citrus and white flower blossom grows among the green herbal notes, with a balanced and cleansing woody bitterness. A little elderflower and honeysuckle linger on the finish.

Very Fruity with red berry cassis-like flavours, fry wormwood, black pepper spice, and a very faint woody tannins balanced by mild sweetness and fruity red berries.

Copper amber colour. Fruity aroma with hints of guava and spice with a note of pistachio as well. The palate is rich with hints of gin botanicals, oak and spice. Notes of pepper and resin in the finish.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

This pinot grigio is pale yellow colour with copper reflections. Delicate floral aromas with hints of peaches and plums. Fresh - tasting with good acidity and a long finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is balanced, soft and approachable. With flavours of blackberry, vanilla and subtle spice notes this wine has silky tannins and a lasting finish.

Cortese grapes have been manually harvested and the wine spends a minimum of 3 moths in steel tanks. Straw yellow with brilliant green hues with floral and fruity notes and very fine hints of exotic fruits and white peach. Harmonious, elegant with great fragrance and a pleasing roundness.

Light peach in colour. Fruity aroma of red fruits and grapefruit.

Amaro Montenegro is a traditional amaro distilled in Bologna, Italy. It is made from a secret blend of 40 botanicals, including vanilla, orange peels and eucalyptus. Aromas and flavours include: rose petals, dried citrus, and cherry. Not cloyingly sweet.

This plush, rounded Riserva offers rich tones of black cherry and plum wrapped in clove, allspice and cigar wrapper accents. The tannins are smooth yet coating, enveloping all that fruit. Bright acidity lends the needed support to make this a blunt yet enjoyable sip.

Intense ruby red colour, a full-bodied wine with intense fruity perfumes, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish. Excellent with typical Mediterranean specialties such as rich pasta dishes, grilled swordfish and grilled red meat. To be served at 16-18 °C.

A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters; main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.

A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been fermented in glass lined cement tanks and matured on the fine lees. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity.

Sambuca is an anise-flavoured liqueur, produced by the infusion of witch elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices.

During the winter, Valpolicella wine (made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes) is passed over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional “Ripasso” technique, which increases the alcohol, body and perfumes of the wine. Aged in oak, this wine is dry and full-bodied with a complex perfume of cherries, red fruits and spices.

Ruby red with garnet reflections. Refined and persistent bouquet accentuated by extensive ageing in barrels. Fruity taste of prunes, blackberries and sour black cherries. Elegant and smooth tannins.

Risata Moscato d’Asti is fresh, fragrant and frizzante with vibrant flavours and aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines and honey. The wine is concentrated and flavourful, but not overly rich, heavy or sweet, yet is balanced.

Risata Pink Moscato is a must for any occasion, boasting soft bubbles, bright acidity and tantalizing sweetness. This wine is bursting with juicy flavours of strawberry, cherry and raspberry, finishing sweet and well balanced. Enjoy this wine with spicy Thai takeout, Sunday brunch, salty snacks and fresh fruit tarts.

Risata Red Moscato is a sweet red wine with juicy ripe raspberry, strawberry and nectarine flavours. It finishes sweet, yet with balanced acidity and slightly creamy mouth feel.

Bright yellow colour which is typical of lemons. Aromas of citrus fruits with an intense sweet and sour lemon taste. Beautifully balanced.

A blend of Syrah, Sangiovese and Pinot Grigio grapes. Aromas and flavours of wild strawberries, cherry, citrus, and a hint of herbs and spice. Balanced acidity and a long finish.

Lumina Pinot Grigio offers golden apple, honeyed pear, and citrus notes, along with a pleasant touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, lively and clean. This is a well balanced wine with crisp acidity and a satisfying finish.

Delightful hints of tobacco and spice lead to inviting aromas of cherries, strawberries, and plums. This full-bodied wine is rich with refined, silky tannins and a long finish of vanilla and red berry essence that is particularly pleasurable. Modus' structure on the palate promises that this wine can be aged for many years.

Ruffino sparkling Prosecco has been produced from Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene, a well known region for the production of Prosecco. Fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears and apples along with slight hints of hawthorn, wisteria and elder. Fine bubbles caress the palate, while intense flavours of apples and peaches give the wine a pleasing finish.

A crisp, off-dry sparkling wine that offers alluring flavours of strawberry and rose petals, with delicate hints of red berries and fruits that linger through the finish.

Ruby red in colour, with garnet hues; fragrant, sweet cherry and red berry fruit notes; delicately spicy hints of tobacco and white pepper lead into aromas of roses and a touch of flint; well-balanced with velvety tannins and good acidity, a fruity core spiced with cacao and clove; lingering finish of rosemary and figs.

Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process. Its olfactory notes are reminiscent of dried raisins, vanilla & sweet spices. The taste is smooth & round and is characterized by a spicy aftertaste with a delicate aroma of vanilla on the finish.

The wine is ruby red in colour with purple highlights and its aromas are ample and intense with notes of red fruit, particularly cherries and raspberries. The flavours are soft and balanced, the finish characterized by suppleness of tannins and persistence of fruit, both of which contribute to its pleasurable, easy-drinking personality.

This rose uses a blend of Chardonnay, Glera and Malbec grapes. A pink hue introduces a subtle succession of floral fragrances lifted by white fruits and delicate hints of red berry fruits. The vibrant fragrances on the nose are satisfyingly matched by the lively and long-lingering freshness on the palate.

This ruby coloured wine is well balanced and possesses a red berry bouquet.

The colour is an intense ruby red with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangiovese's spicy notes. On the palate we find again very well-integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berries and fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices perceived in the nose.

This dry white wine has a straw yellow colour. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavour of Golden Delicious apples) make Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility.

Santa Margherita Rosé is lively and vibrant with fresh acidity and balance, with a pale pink hue and a uniquely light, floral taste derived from our meticulous vinification process.

The Glera grapes are grown in the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene which is Synonymous with the finest Prosecco Superiore and DOCG status. This sparkling wine has fine, lively bubbles that dance within its bright straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palatrol.

Its color is a bright ruby red. On the nose, hints of morello cherries, wild berries and a moderate spiciness. On the palate it reveals a full and firm flavour.

A bright straw yellow heralds the intense, elegant bouquet where the dominant citrus and white-fleshed fruits are threaded with appealing hints of Mediterranean. On the palate it unfolds over an intriguingly agile structure nicely paced by a well-sustained savouriness.

Predominate grapes in this blend are Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.  Notes of fruit in balance with spice and vanilla.

This wine is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot sourced from vines 15-30 years of age. It takes its name from Marquis Mazzei's distinguished ancestor Ser Lapo, who is credited with authoring the first official mention of Chianti, on Dec. 16, 1398. It's fresh and structured, with dark cherry, blackberry, smoke and earth notes. A wine of depth and complexity that will cellar for a decade or more.

The Ripasso Acinatico is obtained from the Valpolicella Classico way via re-fermentation and a second maceration over grape skins that are still mildly sweet of Amorone and Recioto, thereby enriching the body and colour of the wine. Intense yet subtle nose of spices and vanilla. The warm, full-bodied palate with traces of mature, dried fruits, spices and tobacco is reminiscent of an Amarone.

Slight pink colour. The aroma is elegant and complex with hints of peach, melon and blackberries with some earthy notes Flavourful with crisp acidity and a clean finish.

Straw - yellow colour with lively green tinges. Intensely aromatic with tropical and spicy notes of bell pepper, banana and melon. Great structure with balanced acidity and a long finish.
