A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari Luxardo. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise, combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate of lightly spicy hints of cardamom and coriander and an aftertaste dominated by licorice aromas. It is neither an ordinary licorice digestivo nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

Luxardo Triplum is obtained from the distillation of the three types of citrus fruit and a selection of dried flowers. All this gives to the distillate a unique refined aroma. The distillate is filtered, diluted and sugared.

Malfy Gin Rosa is made with the peel of sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruit grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean. The peels are infused with juniper in an Italian grain spirit for 36 hours. Five other botanicals--lemon peel, grapefruit peel, angelica root, orris root, and coriander are used in its production. This very pale rose tinged gin has aromas and flavours of grapefruit, rhubarb, citrus, anise, and of course juniper.

A very intense ruby red in colour, this vintage shows a nose with captivating notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, plums, and wild cherries) which perfectly reflect the characteristics of the growing season. On the palate the wine is well structured, with supple tannins which are both sweet and rounded; the lengthy finish promises long life and the aftertaste recalls, together, notes of ripe fruit and licorice.

A deep ruby red, with garnet highlights. Its bouquet is pronounced, crisp, and deeply fragrant, with impressions of earthy mineral complemented by aromatic herbs, liqueur cherries, sweet violets, and ginger. The palate continues the aromatic complex on the nose, and is marked by toasty, well-ripened tannins that still show a slight burr.

The nose is remarkably rich, showing aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried plum. In the mouth, a clean vibrant acidity, silky, well integrated tannins which contribute to an impressive elegance.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

Bright, ruby - red colour. The guiding aroma is quite fruity with a distinctive sour cherry fragrance. Red and black berries are accompanied by floral notes and a delicate spice.

The color is a purple red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherry is prevalent followed by strawberry and raspberry with floral sensations of rose and classic sugared almond. The palate is soft, warm, vinous, pleasantly balanced. The finish is persistent, with round notes that return to cherry in the aftertaste.

This famous sparkling wine is created from Moscato Bianco grape. Lightly aromatised with scents of fresh grape, melon, peach and brioche. Sweet, smooth and elegant in the mouth with a harmonious finish.

From the foothills of Veneto, the aromatic Glera grapes are blended by our Wine Master with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create this fresh, lively Prosecco. This crisp, dry sparkling wine has notes of apple and thyme.

Incredible herbal complexity from wormwood and clove, with some honey, freshly cracked black pepper and ripe peaches. Zesty citrus and white flower blossom grows among the green herbal notes, with a balanced and cleansing woody bitterness. A little elderflower and honeysuckle linger on the finish.

Very Fruity with red berry cassis-like flavours, fry wormwood, black pepper spice, and a very faint woody tannins balanced by mild sweetness and fruity red berries.

Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties are used. Intense cherry aromas on the nose are combined with hints of violets and touches of vanilla. Good acidity and excellent balance marked by soft and silky tannins.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines. On the nose, rich aromas of white fruit, particularly pears, and flowery scents. Attractive and surprisingly full bodied on the palate, with a clear and evident fruity character, mainly based on the sweetness and acidity of pineapples. The finish is very fresh and clean.

Fresco di Masi Rosso is made with Corvina and Merlot grapes. Pale cherry red in colour. A lively, vibrant and youthful wine, with a distinctive and recognizable cherry note, which is characteristic of Veronese wine.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo grapes have been semi dried to create this wine. Strong straw yellow colour and a bouquet with tropical fruit aromas. Fresh and easy on the front palate, becoming weightier and fuller bodied on the mid palate where fruitiness blends with flavours reminiscent of honey and boiled sweets. A dry finish with an attractive citrus twist.

Bright ruby red colour. Attractive bouquet thanks to interesting complexity that mixes fruitiness with spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. Simple but rich on the palate; attractive plum and bilberry tastes well integrated with soft tannins and supporting acidity, making the wine very drinkable.

Translucent, pale yellow with faint green reflections. Floral, fresh and inviting on the nose. The palate confirms the freshness of the nose and reveals good acidity and structure to make this wine surprisingly long with a bouquet of peaches, tropical fruit and grapefruit.

This pinot grigio is pale yellow colour with copper reflections. Delicate floral aromas with hints of peaches and plums. Fresh - tasting with good acidity and a long finish.

This Rosato is made from the Refosco grape. Salmon pink with cherry-coloured reflections. Intense aromas of raspberries and wild cherries. Lively and refreshing acidity. Long and attractive finish with tastes coming through as promised on the nose.

This light sparkling is comprised of 100% Lambrusco grapes. This wine-staining magenta hue signals densely concentrated flavours of ripe plum, crushed raspberry and black cherry. A black loam earthiness underlies those fruit flavours, and a firm mousse propels the flavours forward to a refreshing finish.

Rose Ventessa presents to the nose a very fresh and svelte aromatic profile featuring red and citrusy fruits that evoke pink grapefruit, mingled with delicate floral notes. To the palate it presents a pleasing salinity and freshness with a lively and refreshing acidity.

This Nebbiolo grape based wine has been aged for 24 months in large oak casks. Note of small fruits, liquorice and tobacco are in beautiful balance with silky tannins.

Cortese grapes have been manually harvested and the wine spends a minimum of 3 moths in steel tanks. Straw yellow with brilliant green hues with floral and fruity notes and very fine hints of exotic fruits and white peach. Harmonious, elegant with great fragrance and a pleasing roundness.

The Glera grapes are from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco.This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.

Light peach in colour. Fruity aroma of red fruits and grapefruit.

Pineapple, apricot and coconut mingle on the palate with hints of orange blossom and almond. Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Incredible brightness and intensity of fruit highlighted by citrus, passionfruit, and lime; complemented with hints of gooseberry and lemongrass on the complex and lingering finish.

Ripe red fruits, honey, jasmine and pomegranate mark the aromas of this dry and refreshing Rosé. The palate is full of wild strawberries, watermelon, orange and floral notes. A wonderful match for barbeque or Asian cuisine, or simply served on its own.

The soft tannins give this wine its elegant structure and style. It is partially aged in French and American oak for 3 months to add complexity to the blend.

Amaro Montenegro is a traditional amaro distilled in Bologna, Italy. It is made from a secret blend of 40 botanicals, including vanilla, orange peels and eucalyptus. Aromas and flavours include: rose petals, dried citrus, and cherry. Not cloyingly sweet.

This plush, rounded Riserva offers rich tones of black cherry and plum wrapped in clove, allspice and cigar wrapper accents. The tannins are smooth yet coating, enveloping all that fruit. Bright acidity lends the needed support to make this a blunt yet enjoyable sip.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. This 100% Pinot Grigio has citrus notes and crisp acidity.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.
