A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters, main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.

Ruby red color with slight garnet hues. The nose is rich, powerful and concentrated. Hints of ripe fruits can be perceived. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate with notes of red and black fruits. The tannins are ripe, soft, silky and well integrated.

Ruby red with orange reflections. Intense with notes of ripe currants and raspberries accented by hints of truffle and violet. This wine is elegant and balanced with good body and persistent sweet tannins. Pairs well with pastas in ragu sauce, red meats and aged cheeses.

100% Baco Noir VQA. Flavourable wine with notes of dark roasted coffee, chocolate and liquorice.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

It is an ideal balance of cool-climate acidity with a fragrant orchard fresh aroma and a delicate peach bouquet. It makes a perfect complement to appetizers, seafood, cheese and light meats"

Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing pink grapefruit finish.

Clear and bright with a fresh clean aroma of honeydew melon, gooseberry, green apple, lemon grass and a touch of tropical fruit. This fresh and lively wine has juicy flavours of tangerine, lemon drop, green apple & honeydew, all on a light to medium-bodied frame.

A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been fermented in glass lined cement tanks and matured on the fine lees. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity.

Aromas of mango and melon, bright lemon zest, honey crisp apple and honeysuckle. The palate has the same strong tropical fruit notes with some white currant character. Refreshing, with zippy acidity and an off-dry sweetness.

This wine showcases aromatics in the form of blackberry jam, fresh mint leaf, black pepper, cooked blueberry, black cherry, sweet tobacco (similar to Oscuro Cigars), ripened plum and blackcurrant, with a subtle undertone of butter, courtesy of malolactic fermentation. Once allowed to breathe, notes of leather and cedar become more pronounced, suggesting potential tertiary aromatics. The palate mirrors the nose, with notable flavours of black cherry and blackberry, alongside butter and toasted almond, with a hunt of dark chocolate on the extended finish.

Sambuca is an anise-flavoured liqueur, produced by the infusion of witch elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices.

Risata Red Moscato is a sweet red wine with juicy ripe raspberry, strawberry and nectarine flavours. It finishes sweet, yet with balanced acidity and slightly creamy mouth feel.
