Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

Cocoa, the basis of Nero Bottega, comes from a plant whose botanical name is Theobroma, or food of the gods, and is the main ingredient of this exquisite liqueur. This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. Sambuca is an anise-flavoured liqueur, produced by the infusion of witch elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices.

Risata Moscato d’Asti is fresh, fragrant and frizzante with vibrant flavours and aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines and honey. The wine is concentrated and flavourful, but not overly rich, heavy or sweet, yet is balanced.

Lumina Pinot Grigio offers golden apple, honeyed pear, and citrus notes, along with a pleasant touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, lively and clean. This is a well balanced wine with crisp acidity and a satisfying finish.

Delightful hints of tobacco and spice lead to inviting aromas of cherries, strawberries, and plums. This full-bodied wine is rich with refined, silky tannins and a long finish of vanilla and red berry essence that is particularly pleasurable. Ruffino sparkling Prosecco has been produced from Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene, a well known region for the production of Prosecco. Fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears and apples along with slight hints of hawthorn, wisteria and elder. Fine bubbles caress the palate, while intense flavours of apples and peaches give the wine a pleasing finish.

Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process. Its olfactory notes are reminiscent of dried raisins, vanilla & sweet spices. The taste is smooth & round and is characterized by a spicy aftertaste with a delicate aroma of vanilla on the finish.

This dry white wine has a straw yellow colour. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavour of Golden Delicious apples) make Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility.
