Created as a small batch, Larceny is sourced from at least 200 barrels which allows the master distiller to choose only those barrels that have achieved the ideal taste profile and reached peak maturity. Aroma of fresh bread and toffee with a note of butterscotch. Buttery caramel and honeyed notes with a rich mouthfeel. A long, gentle, sweet and savoury finish.

The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

Old Forester 1870 Original Batch was the first expression in the Old Forester Whiskey row series. Barrels have been selected from 3 warehouses, with each barrel originating from a different day of production. These barrels are batched together to craft this expression. On the aroma, clove notes lead way to citrus fruits and honeysuckle. On the palate: baking spices (clove, cinnamon and nutmeg), citrus fruit mix with a shortbread sweetness. Long finish.

First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves. A soft vanilla and baking spices as the finish.

Eight traditional botanicals used for gin are combined with six Japanese botanicals to create this gin. Aromas of cherry blossom and green tea are followed by various botanical flavours including Yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) smooth and silky on the palate.

RonDiaz Gran Reserva Spiced Rum is blended with 3 year old aged rum to increase the complexity and depth of flavours of vanilla, caramel, and hints of oak resulting in richer, rounder more refined rum.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.
