This hazy Pale Ale has a cloudy golden color with a lingering frothy head. It has prominent tropical fruit notes of passion fruit and mango, with layers of citrus and ripe strawberry.

Refreshing Philly Sour and Watermelon aroma blends into the acidic tartness and jam packed watermelon flavour.

A collaboration with Writers & Rockers Coffee Company. Using cold-brewed coffee made from a fresh-ground blend of medium and dark roast beans yields the rich, authentic aroma of morning coffee and the sophisticated, velvety palate of an evening liqueur. Notes of Guatemalan chocolate and Tiramisu to finish.

Lightly burnt orange of an Old Fashioned. Cool, refreshing tangerine and hilltop summer lemonade on the nose, progressing to a warming, electric zest on the palate. A sweet, persevering finish with memories of candied apple.

On the nose, the raw potential of fresh cut ice. Crescendo to festive orange, field berries, and ancient oak on the palate. To finish: a climax of triumphant Cherries Jubilee and new grass in the spring.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. The finish is crisp and fresh, with notes of spice that linger on the palate. Serve chilled, this wine is appealing on its own, with salads or Asian cuisines.

Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

Aromatic with hints of oak, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, dark plum, and black cherry. Lovely notes of black coffee, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger in the finish.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

Brewed and thrice dry-hopped with loads of Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Codename: Ghost is a juicy and approachable New England-style IPA. Hazy or even cloudy in appearance and light pale in colour, this IPA abounds with tropical fruit flavours and aromas.

A premium Canadian craft lager with a crisp, clean finish.

This west-coast style IPA is heartily hopped with both pelletized and whole cone hops. Aromas of citrus and pine and are backed by a middleweight malt body. Try it with a Curry or Fish & Chips. Served best at 4C.

Soft Czech hops and Pilsner malts come together in our collaboration with Winnipeg Professional Wrestling. An easy drinking crusher for all.

Our St. James Pale Ale is a medium bodied blonde brew that’s soft on the palette with a malty finish. Restraint is shown by our hop loving brewers as they add four additions to achieve low bitterness and a floral finish. Slow fermentation gives this beer its smooth fruity flavour. Try it with Havarti, Potato Pancakes or Satay Chicken. Serve in a glass at 4C.

Notes of dark roast coffee and semi-sweet chocolate are offset by the classically bright Goldings hop in this medium bodied coffee stout.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Hints of currant berry, cassis and spicy blackberry hints abound in a juicy package that rings true. This is a good wine to have on hand for everyday fare, take-out nights or drop in weekends.

Hints of apple, vanilla and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with notes of lemon, pie crust and spice on a balanced, round finish.

Medium ruby red colour; aromas and flavours of cassis, cherry and herb with light oak notes; dry, medium bodied, medium tannin and good acidity on finish.
