Villa Don Maximiano is the second wine from Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve. It is an intense and elegant blend, made from varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Mourvedre, all harvested from the Don Maximiano vineyards. This wine is elegant, dense and refined. Displaying fruit purity and intensity, yet distinctively focused. A rush of fresh fruits rise from the glass, including red cherries and blueberries. As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

Grape varietals in this blend include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The colour is deep, intense ruby-red with purple highlights. The nose dominated by blackberries, blueberries and black olives, mingling with fresh spices and delicate balsamic, graphite and roast hazelnut. The Palate is concentrated revealing a complex array of flavours elegantly combining notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and Ente plum with spices and pepper, enhanced by a touch of ristretto. The finish is concentrated and well-balanced.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak is the colour of old gold and is a very full bodied whisky. To the nose it is a big whisky with constantly evolving aromas and flavours. Beginning with a maple-raisin-vanilla-fig, layers of praline, banana, butter cream, honeyed nuts, marzipan, spice and orange blossoms. As it lingers, dark dried fruits and anise evolve. On the palate it has a very rich entry; soft, round and dry. Full bodied with vanilla, butter cream and pepper spice which is nicely framed with oak, walnut and smoke. An exceptional finish that has great depth. A long lingering finish with fading spice and white pepper. Excellent balance and vibrant flavour. A whisky to sip and cherish.

Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. The result is a more subtle, complex whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves. Sweet with toffee and popcorn aromas. The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

This special Cuve is a superb expression that offers bold yet intense Cognac tasting notes resulting in a long finish enhanced by the complex flavour of candied oranges.
