GRAND MARNIER Cuve Louis-Alexandre is a distinct blend of fine aged Cognacs (82% of the alcohol) combined with highly aromatic Citrus Bigaradia orange liqueur (18% of the alcohol). This special Cuve is a superb expression that offers bold yet intense Cognac tasting notes resulting in a long finish enhanced by the complex flavour of candied oranges.

Aromas of old Cognac, candied oranges, gingerbread, rancio (old port), and prunes. On the palate, delicate fruity sweet candied orange, then powerful spices. The finish is incredibly only with toasted almonds and toasted oak notes.

Grants Triple Wood 12 YO is matured in three types of casks. Vibrant with aromas of fruit (blackcurrant and peaches) balanced with a sweet, vanilla maltiness. The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. Deep ruby red with intense aromas reminiscent of ripe black cherries, delicate toasted oak, cigar box, savoury game, tobacco and Asian spices. The palate is dense, layered and succulent. This wine is well balanced with lots of soft velvety tannins, intense extract, and it has a long lingering finish.

Some aging occurs in used Islay whiskey casks. Notes of dried fruit and a delicate smokiness on the nose; on the palate intense smoky flavour with a gentle sweetness and cocoa/dark chocolate flavours, followed by a lingering dry spiciness.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. The palate is rich with vanilla upfront, with chocolate syrup, green oak, and the burnt corner pieces from a brownie tray. A short finish shifts to astringent oak, with spearmint, and baking spices heavy on the cloves.

This Pinot Noir is bright, deep crimson in color. Mercurey has a well-rounded nose and develops aromas of jammy red berries and humus. On the palate starts quite soft and then turns into a powerful and well-structured wine with good length and beautiful tannins.

On the nose, you find gentle spice with ripe banana aromas. Mid palate is smooth with notes of banana, oak, and spice. Finish is medium bodied with great structure and balance.

The Reposado is a medium straw colour. Medium to full bodied palate with deeply roasted agave and grilled fruit and pepper notes followed by a wave of peppery oak and spice.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sustainably sourced from two renowned Paso Robles vineyards. Dense purple in color, aromas of dark red fruit, blueberry, black cherry, cassis and cola with a dusting of baking spice. The wine is velvety and lush presenting delicious flavours of black cherry and blackberry with back notes of coffee, mocha and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins.

This Chardonnay is pale in appearance with strong green tints. Clear and fresh on the nose, it offers up notes of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Subtle and fresh on entry to the palate with lemony notes coming through on the mid-palate.

Wonderfully mellow and smooth, a mouthful of complex flavors like fudge, toffee, spice, hints of wood and leather, vanilla and a gentle sherry nuttiness.
