Wolf Blass Red Label Shiraz Cabernet is a classic Australian red wine blend with a smooth, medium-bodied palate packed with bright, juicy fruit. Soft, rich berry and spice flavours are complemented by fine structure and length.

Deep red purple colour; dry and full bodied; mulberry/cassis fruit aromas with pronounced eucalyptus, spice and oak; balanced with soft tannins and a long, fruity finish.

Pale straw with green hues. The nose shows hints of white peach and grapefruit with a subtle nuttiness from the oak influence. The palate shows stone fruit and citrus characters with a creamy textural palate and a crisp finish.

Deep ruby colour; smoky, red plum, spring cherry and blackberry aromas; dry, medium-full bodied, very fruit driven, with cherry/berry fruit flavours, soft tannins, oaky finish.

Inky purple; notes of cassis, mulberry, and pronounced eucalyptus; the full-bodied palate explodes with berry, and leads to a pleasing peppercorn finish.

Five sources of flavour have been customized for this craft bourbon. The first includes mineral rich iron-free water. The second ingredient is a unique grain recipe including corn, malted barley and rye which gives it its feisty spice character. The third is our unique cypress fermenters, the fourth is we distill in our customized copper pot stills, and lastly we mature in our own white oak barrels.

Made from rye, and it is twice distilled in pot stills. Crystal clear; fairly neutral with a delicate hint of anise on the nose; smooth with a spicy/hot finish

This light-bodied wine has a soft approach, a clean, pure fruit expression, and a splash of refreshment. Tree-fruit flavours of apple, pear, yellow plum and a touch of citrus dance on the palate and linger through on the finish.

Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes make a perfect match in this deliciously fun sparkling. Crisp notes of citrus, tropical fruit and ripe pear are further enhanced by delightful bubbles.
