The grapes for Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural bright flavours and balance in the wine.

Rivaner is one of the traditional grape varieties within the Black Tower family. Pale straw colour; fresh, grapey aromas with citrus and apple notes; medium-dry with floral fruit and balanced acidity.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.
