Our Sinister Intentions New England I.P.A. is an ale that is hazy in appearance, bursting with aromas and flavours of luscious stone fruit and tropical fruit forward hoppiness. The taste is juicy, creamy and rich without being sweet. It finishes soft and smooth and lingers dreamily on the palate.

This is a dark, low alcohol, British session ale suited to drinking in quantity. Mildly hopped, this malt focused, easy drinking beer has notes of toffee, coffee, raisins, and chocolate along with a dry roasted finish.

Fat Tug IPA is a Northwest style India Pale Ale with an intense hop profile with notes of grapefruit, mango, melon and passion fruit. Sufficient malt is there to provide support.

Featuring one of the new hops, Equinox is another answer to brewers craving distinctly North American hops. Paired with the intensely-fruity previously-named Brett Trois (actually it is wild Saccharomyces), this delivers layers of mango, melon and papaya.

Faxe 10% is a strong beer. The slight sweetness combined with the high alcohol percentage results in a balanced product with a vinous taste. Faxe 10% is free of additives and, unlike other very strong beers, it contains no added alcohol. The high alcohol content is achieved through standard brewing techniques. It is easily drinkable and an excellent alternative to drinks and cocktails.

Faxe Premium is a classic international premium lager with a smooth, distinctive taste. The combination of the finest malt, hops and own water results in an all-malt premium beer, which is full-bodied, however at the same time pleasantly mild with a round taste and a smooth mouthfeel. A crisp and well-balanced lager beer.

Faxe Special Strong is a distinctive beer with 8% alcohol. It has more bite and taste than a traditional lager but, is still easily drinkable with a very bright colour and a light but characteristic fruity taste.

Artistic dry-hopping with Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot, and Nelson Sauvin hops mosh tropical fruit and melon notes in the bright dazzle of passion fruit purée in this fresh unfiltered IPA. Soft hands with tropical hops secure the firm lift of passion fruit.

Fort Garry Rouge is an amber lager, that boasts a wonderful caramel character. Rouge is light, crisp, and slightly sweet on the finish.

Georgia Peach is an unfiltered flavoured ale that pours golden and hazy. Bursting with aromas of delicious ripe peach and tropical fruit, this supremely drinkable pale ale is loaded with tons of peach flavour and finishes with a smooth, well-rounded bitterness.

Hoppy Boy is a hybrid between American and New England-style IPAs. Pours golden. Well-hopped and slightly malty nose with sweet, floral, tropical and citrusy aromas. Good balance of malt and fruity hops with sweet and citrusy flavours and a pleasant bitterness.

Georgian Bay Cranberry Gin Smash is a balanced and refreshing blend of Georgian Bay Gin, cranberry, lemon and lime with a herbaceous finish. It is lightly carbonated and not too sweet.

Our St. James Pale Ale is a medium bodied blonde brew that’s soft on the palette with a malty finish. Restraint is shown by our hop loving brewers as they add four additions to achieve low bitterness and a floral finish. Slow fermentation gives this beer its smooth fruity flavour. Try it with Havarti, Potato Pancakes or Satay Chicken. Serve in a glass at 4C.
