For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Restrained malt character, high mineral content water, high carbonation, and moderate bitterness combine to create a distinctively dry beer. Hop oil subdues the bitterness. What lingers is the fond sensation of hop flowers dancing on your tongue.

Channel Marker is brewed with malted barley, flaked corn and Magnum hops, then dry-hopped with Citra hops. This beer is sessionable and all day delicious with notes of passionfruit and citrus.

Nautical Disaster is a slightly hazy and juicy India Pale Ale, almost clear with a strong dry-hopped aroma yet a subdued medium bitterness. This modern interpretation of the American IPA brings forward strong hop profiles in flavour and aroma of a double IPA, yet keeps the alcohol and bitterness levels of a more accessible IPA.

Galactic Space Dragon is a cloudy IPA that pours a hazy, golden colour. It is well balanced and juicy with a citrus flavour that borders a NE style IPA.

This clear IPA is heavy on Citra and Vic Secret hops, featuring notes of pineapple, passionfruit and orange peel with a slight piney aroma.

An all-Bavarian lager balancing the supreme drinkability of a Helles with the floral flirt of a pilsner. The Prize Pils recipe calls for an all-German ingredient list with 100% German pilsner malt and Bavarian Tettnanger and Hallertauer Tradition hops.

Omnipollo was founded in 2011. Zodiak is their house IPA made with a combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. Golden yellow colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, spice, herbs and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish.

New England IPA, with intense tropical fruit hop aroma and flavour. This beer is heavily dry hopped to the point of being hazy, with a full body, smooth flavour and less bitterness than your standard IPA.

AMERICAN IPA, MODERATELY HIGH BITTERNESS. MALT CHARACTER WITH NOTES OF TOFFEE AND LIGHTLY ROASTED. LARGE LATE ADDITIONS OF HOPS LEND A LARGE CITRUS FLAVOUR ALONG WITH SOME TROPICAL FRUIT NOTES.

Our Pale Ale has a light bitterness to balance the malt base which has a mild sweetness and a distinct honey character. Our hop profile offers a large grapefruit and tangerine profile with a hint of pineapple.
