This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

Martini Extra Dry is more highly perfumed and has a more lively personality than Bianco. Aromatization is more assertive in Rosso and the discernible presence of soaked herbs and the perfume clearly influence its taste. Clear and colourless, very forward aromatic nose; ginger, soft flavour, nice touch of bitterness in the finish.

This Malbec displays fruit aromas of juicy plums and baked black cherries. Notes of dried herbs, ripe red fruits and spice make for a flavour - packed wine.

Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 10 is the 2020 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

This is a bright and intensely red Cabernet Merlot whose colour speaks of its fresh and fruity aromas. Hints of black plums combine beautifully with those of ripe berries and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, but full with a pleasant finish. Serve with red meats or cheese.

This Chardonnay has a beautiful, young yellow colour with golden hints. Exuberant and complex, this wine conveys refreshing citrus aromas, fruity notes of white peaches, along with hints of pear and pineapple. It is both pleasantly fresh and fruit with a soft and refreshing palate that is balanced and slightly sweet. This is best served with fish and mild seafood.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.
