De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

This American-style IPA has medium to high hop bitterness. Aromas an flavours include: floral, citrus and piney/resinous. Martini Extra Dry is more highly perfumed and has a more lively personality than Bianco. Aromatization is more assertive in Rosso and the discernible presence of soaked herbs and the perfume clearly influence its taste. Clear and colourless, very forward aromatic nose, ginger, soft flavour, nice touch of bitterness in the finish.
