The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards). It displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. It first delivers aromas of pear and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam mingle with acacia honey.

RumChata is a combination of Caribbean rum, real dairy cream and exotic spices. The incredibly smooth flavour is derived from premium spices from around the globe, with strong notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

Colour: Golden Aroma: Distinguished rye spiciness, mingling with mellow oak, above a soft layer of vanilla. Flavour: Cascading pepper from the rye caressingly wrapped in mouth coating oily viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried fruit notes.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

On the nose intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon notes. Flavours include: warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg with rich vanilla. A hint of burnt toffee creeps into the finish.

Colour amber gold, shiny; A very fruity and very fine bouquet with a touch of vanilla, overall, however, of a pulpy red fruit. Round and pleasant to the nose. Taste pulpy, ample round and balanced; the first touch of old Armagnac. Still young and yet adult, this Bas Armagnac has the charm of its age: light, delicate and smooth.

Sandro Bottega Grappa starts with a clean & perfumed bouquet characterized buy fresh fruit & a note of wildflowers. The taste is dry, well balanced with a persistent fruity aftertaste & herbaceous hints at the finish.

This grappa is derived from Glera grapes which are the grapes used to make Prosecco and has been aged in barrels that have undergone a special smoking process. Its olfactory notes are reminiscent of dried raisins, vanilla & sweet spices. The taste is smooth & round and is characterized by a spicy aftertaste with a delicate aroma of vanilla on the finish.

The Glera grapes are grown in the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene which is Synonymous with the finest Prosecco Superiore and DOCG status. This sparkling wine has fine, lively bubbles that dance within its bright straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palate.

Fruity sweet on the nose with notes of soft peach, pineapple, vanilla intermingled with subtle bonfire smoke. Peach and ripe pear flavours and creamy caramel toffee and vanilla balanced perfectly with soft smoke. The finish is very long an markedly smoky.

Islay peat smoke and sea salt on the nose, followed by warming leather notes, stewed rhubarb and a wonderful vanilla sweetness in the mouth, leading to a rich lingering finish.

Clear water white; sweet cherry aroma; cherry and cherry pit flavour, dry taste

Canadian Five Star whisky imparts a unique character that results in a robust taste that is lightly balanced with hints of fruit and nuts with soft touches of oak.

Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Beerenauslese smells of liqueur-like, jellied, vanilla- and chocolate-covered purple plums and black cherries. The implosive palate concentration though is simply beyond “liqueur-like” and into realms I can’t recall. Strong brown spices, herbal concentrates add complexity and a buttery, creamy texture does not prevent this wine from preserving the most remarkable clarity of jellied pit fruit concentration, photo-electric brilliance of fruit acids lighting the way to an endless finish.

This expression “Finished in Port Casks” IS a limited edition (only 13 360 individually numbered bottles were produced). Maturation occurred in oak casks; some previously held Tawny Port and others previously held a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. Tenjaku is the Japanese characters for the Skylark (Hibari) songbird, this craft gin that truly captures the aromas of Japan. Featuring yuzu, sansho pepper, peach, green tea and other unique botanicals that linger in the mouth. Crystal-clear spring water, refined through the bountiful four seasons, ties these ingredients together in a perfect combination.

Pleasant juniper taste with a well balanced citruses blackcurrants and mint background. Long finish.

Rich mahogany in colour with layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins on the nose. Notes of mocha linger in the background lead into bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damson on the pallet. Lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates persist in the lengthy finish.

A well balanced and exceptionally smooth Scotch with delicate aromas of citrus fruit, notable sweet orange. Sweet, fruity notes of zesty oranges and pears, with a hint of candy toffee apples.

Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

The Kraken is crafted from aged Caribbean rum and blended with a secret mix of spices including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Named after the beast of legend, this spiced rum is dark, smooth and bold. Aromas and flavours of toffee, allspice, cove, vanilla, ginger and peppercorns.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

Clean, white, pepper spice with faint, but discernible grilled sweet corn. Slightly sweet with creamy mouthfeel and cracked black pepper feel. Clean minerality with grain character evident and a faint hint of tinned sweet corn. Slightly hot black pepper finish, with faint lingering Brazil nuts.

Very flavourful with light smoke and a touch of strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Additional notes of exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits are found in the taste profile.

A rich, luscious wine with perfectly sweet explosions of marmalade, guava and quince to excite the palate. Lemon drops, honey and candied citrus peel flavours linger exquisitely on the finish.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

This Sauvignon Blanc has flavours of passionfruit, fresh lime and melon, a juicy mouthfeel and a delicious finish. It is the perfect pairing with seafood and all white meats.

Dark red colour, with a seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate complex, with an excellent structure and a long lingering finish. Warrior is delicious served at the end of a meal, for example with rich, nutty or chocolate desserts, as well as strong cheese. Although usually served at room temperature, Reserve Ports are equally delicious when served slightly chilled in hot weather.

In our pursuit of an authentically American single malt whiskey, we bring our signature five-malt barley bill together with new American oak casks. This combination produces a dramatically different whiskey from what is now commonplace and expected in the single malt category. But just as traditional styles of single malt from Scotland emerged as a reflection of regions such as Islay and Speyside, so too does our American Oak stay true to the provenance of our Pacific Northwest home.
