Barbera and Dolcetto grapes from the Piedmont region are used to produce this pale pink sparkling wine with a lovely mousse and fine perlage. Pleasantly rounded with subtle notes of flowers and fruit.

Grape Varieties in this blend are old vines of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Intense ruby red in colour with an elegant bouquet of matured cherry, blackberry and spices (ginger in particular). A persistent and warm taste, with a light and pleasant savoury note.

Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

This is another typical aspect of this wine which has evolved during its time in the barrel and the bottle. Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Dark crimson-red colour; full bouquet of ripe red fruits and cherry conserve, with notes of pepper and vanilla and hints of Mediterranean scrub; robust, concentrated, soft but very firm flavour with an elegant, lingering aftertaste of small black fruits conserve and licorice.

The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow colour. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavours are evident on the palate delivering complex flavours of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The mouth feel is lively and full in structure created by the excellent harmony of fruit and acid. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

Cinzano Prosecco DOC draws a dry and crisp taste from the Glera grape variety. Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well-balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.

Brilliant straw yellow colour, with notes of white flowers on the nose and well balanced acidity thanks to the roundness given by the Chardonnay. Perfect as an aperitif, or with light dishes like salads, fish and white meats. Serve at 8° - 10°C.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. Rich, softly sweet and smooth. Perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish. Pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake but also with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

Merlot and Corvina grapes were hand harvested and fermentation occurred in barrels. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, and plum compote. From the foothills of Veneto, the aromatic Glera grapes are blended by our Wine Master with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create this fresh, lively Prosecco. This crisp, dry sparkling wine has notes of apple and thyme.

Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties are used. Intense cherry aromas on the nose are combined with hints of violets and touches of vanilla. Good acidity and excellent balance marked by soft and silky tannins.
