Somewhere between dark amber and brown, substantial amount of smoke, both in the aroma and flavor, burnt wood, fire pit, hints of smoked meat, beef jerky, smoke is brilliantly balanced with the malts, caramel and amber grains, cooked grains, toasted bread, slight earthy and grassy notes, some malty sweetness, burnt caramel, molasses, hints of dark fruit, lingering smoke.

Orange and hazy hues, fruity, resinous and almost floral aromas, a bit of malty sweetness transforms into a pithy grapefruit character, with a crisp thirst quenching dry finish.

Blanc: A playfully elegant wheat beer from France with a delicate twist of citrus. 1664 Blanc has subtle aromas and a beautiful haziness. Brewed with a dash of French joie de vivre! Rose: 1664 Rosé is a wheat beer with a hint of red fruits. Original and very complex fruitiness characterized by subtle raspberry flavors and notes of exotic fruit and coriander for a very refreshing taste. Lager: Its golden hues and delicate bitterness come from selecting the best hops (the Strisselspalt) for a French lager

A smooth and tropical NEIPA with Mosaic, Sabaro and Galaxy hops. Flavours of mango, tangerine and passionfruit compliment the addition of toasted coconut. The velvety texture and vivid purple colour come from the addition of Ube.

Galaxy Cosmos is our second variant on our Cosmos Dry Hopped Sour. This beer is double dry hopped with Galaxy hops, showcasing the hops big flavours of citrus, passionfruit, and stone fruit.

The addition of loads of raspberry post fermentation make this beer burst with fruity, tart, raspberry goodness. With just enough body and “beer” character to support the large amounts of fruit.
