"Grandes" red wines begin with the Beso de Vino Grenache V.V. (old vines) which spent 4 months in French oak. Wonderful dark cherry red colour, intense, blackberry, spice and toasted aromas, very full, concentrated, rich wild berry fruit on the palate with finely balanced vanilla undertones, and well integrated tannins, great depth with a persistent finish.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

This sparkling wine is made with Macabeo, Xarel-lo and parellada grapes. A very pale straw yellow with a fine elegant mousse. Prominent on the nose are the typical fruity aromas of these traditional varietals. A pleasant, fresh and balanced mouth feel.

All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Intense red purple colour with violet borders stands out for its intense aroma, with ripe red fruits creamy toasty notes. Fruity, glyceric, meaty, toasted. Soft, mature tannins with subtle notes of vanilla cinnamon.

100% Verdejo shows a bright pale yellow colour, and intense nose with aromas of rip stone fruit, herbs, floral touches, fennel, and freshly cut grass. On the mouth - full, fruity and dry with a long finish. Balanced acidity and an attractive bitterness that is characteristic of the varietal. Should be served chilled, ideal with salads or fish and also white or lean meat dishes.

A deep, thick ebony colour. Warm aromas of raisins and notes of roast coffee beans and spices. Very sweet, fresh and silky on the palate. A perfect dessert wine for drinking on its own, over vanilla ice cream or with dark chocolate.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva has deep and dark cherry colour. Its delicate aromas evoke the enchantment of fruit: plums, red currants and blackberries, with a spicy feel. With an appreciable body, velvety palate and round and soft tannins.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Colour of golden straw yellow with green highlights. Aromatic intensity of green apple and citrus fruit; the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and; the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). On the palate sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple); the alluring caress of fine bubbles and; the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Intense bold yellow with golden highlights. A rich bouquet: a burst of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), the roundness of stonefruits (Mirabelle plum, apricot), a slight hint of vanilla. Fresh with elegant intensity and complex. You can find aromas of pear, grapefruit and tropical fruit as well as guayaba, white flowers and some mineral hints. These characteristics give the wine a special personality, a true reflection of its origin. Creamy, long and with volume, all this structured in a nice acidity.

The cuvee brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate. Elegant and lively with mild notes of red fruit. Bright, light strawberry pink with a pale rim. A fine, abundant and consistent mousse, rising to a good crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and grenadine. Refreshing on the palate, full of cherry fruit and a light acidity with a soft finish to the back of the palate.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.

The rich, sensual aroma is typical of the grape varieties recalling small red and black berries such as cherries and blackcurrants, green coffee beans, liquorice and the characteristic vanilla and leather notes from ageing. On the palate the wine is full and silky with dense, well-structured tannins.

Intense aroma showing all the classic characteristics of the native land of Mas La Plana, together with notes of truffle, toast and wild red berry conserve. Great body and breadth on the palate, with juicy tannins that become balanced and elegant.

Aged for 6 months in a mix of American and French oaks. Picota cherry red. Roasting notes with ripe black fruits and conserves. Smooth attack with rounded tannins on a base of strawberry and blackberry jam. Perfect with stews, game, meat paellas and traditional mountain cuisine.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and slightly sweet.

Very sweet oloroso. Dark mahogany, almost ebony. On the nose, dried nuts and faint aroma of raisins, muscatel and toasted sugar. Smooth and velvety with a warm palate owing to its alcohol content. A long finish.
